Costs

All payments made regarding this application/tenancy (holding deposit, tenancy deposit, final move-in balance and direct debit) will need to be made by the same account holder on behalf of all applicable.

Should your application be successful, you will be required to pay a holding deposit within the agreed timescale to secure the property.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, you will also pay your final balance which is made up of: 5 weeks’ rent as a tenancy deposit and an apportionment of rent that covers until the end of the month you are moving in.

We require proof of identity and immigration status in the form of a passport (and visa, if applicable).

We require proof of employment in the form of the last 3 months’ payslips and the last 3 months' full bank statements/transaction history matching the latest 3 payslips provided.

We require proof of full-time, higher-education student status in the form of an offer/enrolment letter detailing the start and end date of the course and number of hours per week, if applicable.

We require proof of address in the form of a utility bill or council tax bill dated within the last three months. If you cannot supply either of these documents, please discuss what alternative options we may accept with your Lettings Negotiator.
